Michigan Metal Coatings is planning a new location in Sidney, Ohio, and will receive a tax credit from the state to open the facility.

The facility will be in Shelby County, north of Dayton. Michigan Metal Coatings says it expects to create 60 full-time positions, generating $3.57 million in new annual payroll.

Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 1.357%, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for this project. 

Michigan Metal Coatings is headquartered in Port Huron, Michigan, and it recently underwent a $4.6 million expansion of its facilities there. The also have a second location nearby.
