QC Powder/QC Finishers

QC Finishers was started in 1985 in a 5,000 square foot facility to serve the demand for high quality painting and screening services for the Medical and Industrial Controls industries. We have since then expanded the original location several times and are now working under 25,000 square feet.

QC Finishers has made changes to their finishing services, added more equipment and the number of talented and experienced staff over the years to enhance our abilities to spray many more high performance coatings. We can provide your company with parts surface finishing and other coatings to complete your product.

QC Finishers carries an FESOP permit (Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit) to operate our air control system that controls and destroys the VOC’s (Volatile Organics). We offer the most high performance coatings possible with the least possible impact on the environment.
We have a State of Illinois approved air control system that we are proud of, we maintain it to stay up to par with the EPA, its part of our responsibility here at QC Finishers to keep the air safer to breath and we do our best to make that happen. At the same time providing a great painted finish on products with limiting the amount of volatiles put in our air.
 
QC Finishers are well known for their quality, on-time commitment and dependable delivery. We have had a lot of different assortment of parts to come through, some more complex than others. When it is time to take our customers parts, we take all factors of the paint, colors, the design of the part, surfaces prepped for painting or treated with certain formulas prior to be painting.

There are different angles to look at every part for example technical masking for specific areas of the part surface, maybe an electrical ground, or just food & restaurant requirements can’t have paint in given areas.
