Hubbard-Hall hired John Forlenzo as Supply Chain Manager to oversee the global purchasing activities, including logistics and inventory.
Given the company’s recent growth and geographic expansion, Forlenzo will drive efficiency and operational excellence. The company says he will implement strategies and processes to ensure they have the right materials at the right time, with optimal cost, to help emphasize their commitment to being our customers’ best supplier.
Forlenzo brings 28 years of experience in the global marketplace, streamlining operations and supply chain networks while utilizing innovative technologies. Most recently, he worked at Belimo Americas as the Vice President of Logistics/Customization Operations Americas.

Forlenzo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the New York Institute of Technology in New York City. He also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Forlenzo will work out of Waterbury, CT headquarters and report to Aaron Mambrino, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
